Beginning July 26, the registration portal will have a new, simplified, and modern look and feel. - Test Content and Overview
Starting July 26, 2023, the TOEFL iBT® test will take just under 2 hours to complete. This makes it the shortest of the three most popular English-language tests. - New and Updated Prep Resources
Prepare to do your best on test day with new practice questions and updated materials, which include the new Writing task and streamlined directions, that will apply to all TOEFL iBT® test appointments starting July 26, 2023. All TOEFL iBT question types will remain the same, except for one Writing task. Therefore, all existing prep materials are still valid and can be used to help prepare.
